The reported scams involve the following methods:

• Reply-To Spoofing: Replies to seemingly official emails are redirected to fraudulent email addresses.
• Thread Hijacking: Fraudulent payment requests are inserted into existing email conversations.

Please be informed that such payment requests ARE NOT authorised by Paragon Premium Sdn. Bhd. A police report has been lodged in relation to this matter.

Mandatory Due Diligence:

Customers are strongly advised to independently verify all payment instructions and any changes to bank account details by contacting their designated company representative using a previously verified contact number.
